Terms of reservation for an individual hotel customer
Hotel rooms are available to the customer from 3.00 pm onwards. Hotel rooms must be vacated on the day of departure by 12.00 noon, unless otherwise agreed upon.
A reserved room will be kept reserved until 6.00 pm. The hotel reserves the right to give the room to another customer after 6 pm, unless a later arrival time has been agreed upon when making the reservation.
When a customer fails to arrive without cancelling the reservation (no-show), he/she is obligated to pay the price for 24 hours of accommodation for each room that he/she has reserved.
If the reservation is made for a specific period of time and the customer leaves before the agreed time, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer for some of the remaining unused accommodation days.
We accept cash, Finnish debit cards and the most common international credit cards as forms of payment. Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is carried out in cash on arrival or the customer must present a credit card, which will be charged at check out. The form of payment must be stated upon making a reservation.
Retrospective invoicing is separately agreed upon already before the customer arrives at the hotel. We charge an invoicing fee of €7/invoice in Finland, €10/invoice abroad, which will be added to the charge. Otherwise we only invoice companies that have signed an invoicing agreement.
Terms of reservation for a group reservations
The hotel reserves the right to charge an advance fee for group reservations. The hotel reserves the right to release the reserved rooms back into sale if no advance fee is paid by the due date.
Number of rooms – more than 10 rooms:
Cancellation is free of charge four weeks before the first day of the reservation. A maximum of 50 % of the room days may be cancelled free of charge two weeks before the start of the event. A maximum of 10 % of the room days may be cancelled free of charge one week before the start of the event.
Room days are calculated four weeks before the start of the reservation using the effective reservation.
The list of names and possible distribution into rooms must be delivered to the hotel 7 days before the date of arrival.
Late cancellation and no-show: The reserving customer pays the price of the first night for any unsold rooms. Rooms that the hotel manages to sell to others do not have to be paid for.
